Mindfulness Sessions
Finding clarity and well-being through mindfulness and presence as you navigate major life changes.
The Invitation
Each session is shaped around your current experience: where you are in the present moment, what's loud in your mind right now, what needs space and gentleness.
In this space, pressure can loosen enough for clarity and peace to return. Patterns that keep repeating can quietly loosen their grip. There's also room simply to resource yourself: a gentle pause in the routine, where nothing is expected of you.
Who this is for
Whether you want to meet life more fully, quiet the daily noise, or find your footing through a season of change, this space is open to you. Many come to catch their breath amidst a demanding routine or release the weight they’ve been carrying. No prior experience is needed. Regardless of your age or background, simply bring a willingness to pause, rest, and take it one moment at a time.
How this differs?
There is nothing here to fix, solve, or change. Instead, these sessions offer a steady, non-judgmental space to simply be—using the present moment to notice gently what is actually here: peace, beauty, and often also subtle tensions and habits running beneath the surface. If you are familiar with meditation, neuroscience based coaching, gestalt therapy or even yoga, this might feel like welcoming territory, yet it is neither a rigid programme nor a clinical treatment. When we stop chasing a better moment and simply allow attention to rest, true transformation tends to happen on its own.
What happens in a session?
Most sessions begin with a few moments to arrive and settle, noticing where you actually are, yet there is no fixed structure to follow. From there, whatever is present leads the way: a specific worry or pattern you wish to explore, a physical sensation calling your attention, or simply a desire to slow down and deepen in presence. Some sessions invite playing with attention, breath-awareness, or other neuroscience-based techniques. Sometimes a deep, peaceful silence unfolds; other times, profound conversation. It is a space for sharing and reflection, and there is nothing to get right. The insights are not limited to the session, they travel with you into daily life, where they keep unfolding. A deeper learning also takes place, at the level of the nervous system. What remains constant is the attention: steady, unhurried, and without judgment, welcoming whatever comes up.

About
Life, to me, is lived moment by moment. This is really all there is.
For years, conditioning taught me to try to fix, change or improve my experience. Instead, despite of good intentions, that mostly produced suffering. What shifted things was recognizing another possibility: that this moment can be received in its fullness, met with gentleness and curiosity rather than resistance. Amazingly, that is exactly what allowed change to happen, by itself.
Savoring that, again and again, became something of a passion, and I have found real meaning in being available for others exploring the same. I do not sit with people as someone with answers, but as an invitation to meet their own, and recover a clarity that was always there. We create together a safe space to inquire deeply, to simply be and to watch insight surface.
In their words:
"I had the pleasure of having several in-person sessions with Rishi; they helped me immensely during a very difficult time when I felt overwhelmed by my emotions. Rishi encouraged me to view them from a different perspective, without judgment or attachment, and to regain a sense of calm and presence through my breath. Practicing with him allowed me to rediscover the beauty and simplicity of living in the moment, which also helped me sleep better at night. I still put his advice into practice whenever I need to, and I continue to benefit from it. Rishi has an innate ability to convey calm and serenity and to create a welcoming, loving, and completely non-judgmental space where one feels truly heard. I am deeply grateful to him and hope that many others will benefit from his guidance. 💓"

Sessions happen in person or online, depending on where you are. Held in English or Portuguese, at whatever pace suits you.
Most people find two to four sessions a month gives better continuity and promotes deepening.
Guided meditation and mindfulness-in-movement are also offered to groups.
